After winning the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic, Kris Tamulis, had de Rolex Rankings move of the week. She moved 54 spots on the rankings and is now world’s No. 71.
With her second place during last week’s event the South Carolina native, Austin Ernst, managed to climb six places on the rankings and now stands as the world’s No. 45. Ernst seemed to have used her Solheim Cup disappointment as motivation at Yokohama Tire event and finished tied for second place next to Yani Tseng at 16-under par.
With her great performance Yani also managed to climb in the rankings. She moved 14 spots and now has the world No. 61 position.
Sydnee Michaels was another of the players who had a great week in Alabama, where he finished tied for fourth at 14-under par. Michaels climbed 16 places and is now part of the top 100 female golfers.
