With an extraordinary final-round of 63 Lydia Ko became the youngest major champion in LPGA Tour history.
Lydia managed to win her first major title at the Evian Championship this Sunday and removed the last nagging doubt hanging over her still bright and young career. Lexi Thompson finished runner-up six shots behind New Zealand’s sensation.
Ko likes breaking records and her win at Evian was the fourth record achieved. Just this year at 17 years 9 months 8 days of age she became the youngest player of either gender to be ranked No. 1 in professional golf. While in 2013 she became the youngest person ever to win a professional golf tour event and youngest person ever to win an LPGA Tour event.
But far from breaking records Lydia likes to work hard and enjoy every moment in life. While training with Trevor Anderson, her fitness instructor, she always likes to keep it fun. Take a look at some of Lydia’s best training routines!
